Right Here, Right Now Fashion (RHRN Fashion) is a platform that will harness the power of fashion to advance climate justice and human rights.
Guided by Executive Director Nell Tercek (Pictured at left) - a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and Politecnico di Milano in Italy - RHRN Fashion brings together craft and innovation to set a new standard for responsible fashion.
In partnership with United Nations Human Rights, we aim to uplift a new generation of creatives and independent makers around the world who are redefining fashion with sustainability, transparency, and care for people and the planet at the center.
RHRN Fashion celebrates brands that lead with responsible materials, mindful production, and powerful storytelling - meeting global standards for sustainability and ethics, and proving that integrity and innovation can coexist.
We highlight the human stories behind the climate crisis: the communities feeling its impact, the workers sustaining the industry, and the innovators refusing to accept “business as usual.” By exposing harmful industry norms and mobilizing collective action, we are building a fashion ecosystem rooted in justice.
Our mission is clear: fashion can thrive without exploitation - of people or the planet.

Presented as a featured session of the Right Here, Right Now Global Youth Climate Summit, hosted by UN Human Rights and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, this discussion reached a live global audience spanning 149 countries across six continents. As part of one of the world's premier youth climate justice summits, it explored how fashion could help reshape culture, accelerate sustainability, and advance human rights.
Red Carpet to rePurpose: Fashion, Climate and Human Rights
Fashion remains one of the world's largest polluting industries, yet the communities most affected by its environmental impact are often the ones it serves least. The discussion explored how meaningful change depends on two forces moving together: cultural leaders who shape aspiration and influence, and individuals who choose to repair, rePurpose, and extend the life of what they already own.
RHRN Fashion Executive Director and designer Nell Tercek was joined by celebrity wardrobe stylist Lani Rose Ault—whose clients include Rihanna, Drake, Selena Gomez, and Kendrick Lamar—and Olesia Les, Lithuanian designer and 2025 European Climate Pact Ambassador. Together, they connected the worlds of the red carpet, the runway, and climate policy, demonstrating how fashion can become a powerful vehicle for climate justice.
