The Right Here, Right Now Future Award for Climate Justice will be the most prestigious global honor for undergraduate students advancing climate justice. Presented annually by the Right Here, Right Now Global Climate Alliance, in partnership with United Nations Human Rights, the award recognizes one exceptional student whose work is protecting the human rights of those most vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.

Each year, three outstanding undergraduate finalists will be named, from which one global prize winner will be selected. Their stories of leadership, resilience, and impact will be amplified on the world stage - offering a powerful testament to the ability of youth to drive urgent, transformative change. Through this global platform, we elevate emerging voices and empower the next generation of climate justice leaders. The inaugural award will be presented in 2026 (date to be announced).
